Complete Care Amegreen is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a client at home, with nurse-led training to develop skills in complex care needs such as tracheotomy, ventilation, and seizure management.

The role involves 1-1 care, medication administration, and close collaboration with the family. Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical location and shifts available on Thursdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• No care experience required; full nurse-led training provided.
• Able to provide 1-1 support with daily activities and medication administration.
• Willingness to learn complex care tasks and document care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 care to client at home, including daily activities and monitoring.
• Assist with medications and safety routines as directed by clinical team.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisor.
