Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen, part of CCH, is seeking a friendly Complex Care Assistant to support a young child fully dependent for all nightly care. You will handle manual tasks, monitor health needs and assist with feeds and medications via gastrostomy, with a focus on safety and comfort.

The role requires experience with complex pediatric care; respiratory management, PEG feeding and catheterisation are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for children with complex needs in a home care setting.
• Experience in respiratory management, PEG feeding or catheterisation would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support a young child who is fully dependent for all care through the night.
• Assist with manual handling and monitoring of health needs.
• Oversee feeds and medication administration via gastrostomy.
• Monitor skin, tissue viability and oxygen saturation.
