Job summary

Sugarman Health & Wellbeing is seeking Care Assistants for Complex Care in Ripponden. You will work 2:1 with individuals, supporting daily living, mobility and social activities in their homes and communities.

The role includes tracheostomy/ventilator support and requires compassion, reliability and excellent communication. Training is provided, with opportunities for NVQ funding and career progression. Apply to join a supportive team delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' professional UK care experience.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive a mobility-adapted vehicle.
• Non-smoker/non-vaper.
• Able to support an active lifestyle, including walking/outdoor activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2:1 support to individuals in daily living.
• Support clinical and social needs to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Assist with community access, appointments, activities and meals.
• Document care provided and communicate with team and family.
