HFH Healthcare Limited is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Support Worker for Godalming to provide 1:1 care to a gentleman with complex needs in his own home. Shifts are 12 hours, day or night, with a minimum 24 hours per week.

This PAYE role offers secure employment, pension contributions, holiday pay, and consistent work with regular clients. You will build a trusted relationship with the client and his family, supporting his daily activities and monitoring his wellbeing in a home-based

Competenze

• Minimum 6 months' professional care experience.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs is desirable.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work independently within a client's home environment.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour day and/or night shifts.
