Job summary

Total Community Care in Harlow is looking for a caring care professional to support a client in her family home. You’ll assist with PEG feeding, medication administration, personal care and manual handling. You’ll join a warm household where nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support help you develop your skills.

DBS check is provided, and occasional travel to London may be required. Experience welcomed but not required; full training is provided to develop your confidence in care tasks and

• Care experience in a home care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with PEG feeding, medication administration, personal care.
• Provide manual handling support and accompany client on activities.
• Support social activities and shopping trips; travel to London as needed.

Pay Rate: £14 per hour

Shifts Available

Nights: Thursdays & Fridays - 8pm - 8am - Alternate Weekend Days Included

What you’ll do

We are looking for a confident, caring, and enthusiastic care professional to support our client in her family home. In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll assist with PEG feeding, medication administration, personal care, and manual handling, while also supporting her to enjoy social activities, shopping trips, and occasional work travel to London. She lives with her parents, brother, and a friendly dog, animal lovers welcome!

This role is ideal for someone who brings empathy, energy, and a passion for person-centred care. You’ll be joining a warm, welcoming household where building strong relationships and delivering high-quality support truly makes a difference.
