Job summary

Total Community Care in Harlow is seeking a caring support professional to assist in a family home, including PEG feeding, medication administration and personal care. You will help the client enjoy social activities and occasional travel, while building strong relationships with family members and the dog.

Training is provided, with DBS clearance covered. The role requires empathy, energy and a person-centred approach, with Night shifts (Thursdays & Fridays, 8pm–8am) and occasional London

Qualifications

• Experience in care is required.
• Nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support provided.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a confident, caring, and enthusiastic care professional to support our client in her family home. In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll assist with PEG feeding, medication administration, personal care, and manual handling, while also supporting her to enjoy social activities, shopping trips, and occasional work travel to London. She lives with her parents, brother, and a friendly dog, animal lovers welcome!

This role is ideal for someone who brings empathy, energy, and a passion for person-centred care. You’ll be joining a warm, welcoming household where building strong relationships and delivering high-quality support truly makes a difference.
