Job summary

Prestige Nursing & Care Shrewsbury is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to provide specialist homecare in clients' own homes in Shrewsbury. The role is part-time with zero-hours contracts, paying £16.41 per hour.

You will support individuals with NG tubes, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, scoliosis and other needs, following care plans and our values. Applicants should have excellent communication, a full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for clients with NG tubes and disabilities.
• Must hold a full UK driver's licence.
• Must have right to work in the UK; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care meeting physical, health, social and emotional needs as per care plan.
• Adhere to Prestige policies and procedures at all times.
• Support clients with NG tubes and listed complex needs; liaise with branch team.
• Work with local branch team and out of hours support.

What our client is looking for

Our client is looking for a responsible and observant person who has experience with NG tube, profound Learning disability, cerebral Palsy, quadriplegic, epileptic and scoliosis.

We are looking for:

• Excellent communication skills
• A full UK driver's licence
• You have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer any form of Sponsorship)
• Experience is required for this role
