Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking compassionate care workers to support a gentleman with complex health needs in Kent. You will provide hands-on care, assist with clinical tasks, and help plan activities and outings to maintain independence.

Training is provided, with ongoing support from nurses and supervisors. A UK driving license and access to a car are required, along with a commitment of 2 x 12 hour shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Previous complex care experience is required.
• Full UK driving license with access to a car.
• Minimum commitment of 2 x 12 hour shifts per week.
• Full right to work within the UK.

• Assist with clinical interventions such as PEG feeds, catheter care, and medication administration.
• Support the client’s independence by planning activities and organising days out.
• Drive the client's mobility vehicle.

You’ll be supporting a gentleman with an acquired brain injury from the comfort of his own home. This client loves to go out on a walk, come rain or shine! His favourite TV program is Futurama, he also loves any genre of film. You must have a great sense of humour as this client loves to laugh. It is also a great bonus if you like to play online games or board games.

8 hour day shifts or 12 hour night shifts
