We're recruiting experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Care Workers to join our Nurse-led team to provide care to our client in Wirral (CH61).

You'll be providing care and support to a mature lady with a tracheostomy who is very independent and enjoys going to bingo and accessing the community.

Shifts include:

• 12-hour shifts from 8pm to 8am

While it is essential that you have some experience of providing care to those with complex needs, we provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme for the specific skills required, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you are confident and skilled in your role as a Care Worker in our nurse-led team. We are looking for someone with excellent people skills, great communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
