Who will you be helping to make life better for?

We are currently expanding and looking for care assistants with complex experience and a passion for care. Are you the one? Trust and communication skills are vital. You will be providing complex care and support to clients in their own homes, with the emphasis being 100% care and improvement to their quality of life.

Your role will include:

  • Prompting and administering medication
  • Helping with the preparation of meals and drinks
  • Assisting with activities of daily living such domestic duties and personal care
  • Maintaining and updating reports such as care plans
  • Undertaking training for Complex Care Interventions – this could lead to further training to support individuals who require Suctioning, Ventilation and PEG

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
