Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a client at home in Leighton Buzzard. You will help with medical and social well-being, including activities around tracheostomy care and comfort. The role emphasizes building strong relationships and delivering high-quality, attentive care.

The ideal candidate will show commitment to promoting independence and quality of life, with Nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support provided.

Qualifications

• You do not need complex care experience to apply for this role as this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and become part of a team that makes a real difference. You'll receive full Nurse led training and ongoing clinical support to develop in key areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, catheter care - and much more.
• A full UK driving licence is required in this role in order to drive the clients car to appointments and days out.

This is a fulfilling role where you will support our client's medical and social well-being. Our client has pet cats, loves gardening and loves chatting with her carers. We are looking for someone who values building strong relationships and providing high-quality and attentive care.
