Job summary

Total Community Care Limited in Harlow is seeking a caring support worker to assist a client at home with PEG feeding, medication and personal care. The role involves helping with daily activities and ensuring safety during mobility in a family environment.

You will join a warm household, supporting the client to participate in social activities, shopping trips, and occasional travel to London. Training will be provided; prior care experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Care experience is required; nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with PEG feeding, medication administration and personal care.
• Perform manual handling tasks as required.

We are looking for a confident, caring, and enthusiastic care professional to support our client in her family home. In this varied and rewarding role, you'll assist with PEG feeding, medication administration, personal care, and manual handling, while also supporting her to enjoy social activities, shopping trips, and occasional work travel to London. She lives with her parents, brother, and a friendly dog, animal lovers welcome!

This role is ideal for someone who brings empathy, energy, and a passion for person-centred care. You'll be joining a warm, welcoming household where building strong relationships and delivering high-quality support truly makes a difference.
