Complete Care Amegreen is seeking a friendly Complex Care Assistant to support a client with spinal cord injury at home. No prior complex care experience is required as nurse-led training will be provided. The role emphasizes care, compassion and resilience in daily routines and personal support.

Shifts include day and night coverage on a 20-hour contract across weekdays and weekends, with DBS costs covered and full induction. Training begins promptly to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Pay: £14.30 per hour

Shifts: 20 hour contract | Day and waking night shifts available | 7 am - 7:30 pm | 7 pm - 7:30 am | Shifts available across the week, including weekends

Job Description

What you’ll do

We are looking for a friendly and communicative Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury in a home-based setting. The client has a great sense of humour and enjoys playing computer games, watching movies, and engaging in conversation with staff. Someone who is personable, reliable, and shares similar interests would be ideal. Good communication skills are essential, and while experience in complex care is preferred, training can be provided for the right person.
