Job summary

Secure Healthcare Solutions in Glossop is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to deliver in-home complex care services. The role covers day shifts with a 2-week rolling rota, including weekends, and an immediate start for suitable candidates with care experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist and provide personal care to service users.
• Provide clinical support as directed by the clinical lead.
• Support nutrition and hydration needs.
• Assist with medication administration and management.
• Help with domestic duties and housekeeping tasks.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Liaise with management regarding care needs.
• Report concerns about health to the team and participate in meetings.

Day & Night shifts

We are recruiting for complex care assistants to join our existing team of carers to provide care to clients within their own home. The successful candidate will have at least 6 months complex care experience.

Responsibilities

• Whist promoting the independence of the individual service user and meeting their care needs, Our Complex Care Assistants must be willing to:
• Assist/provide personal care
• To provide clinical support provided by our clinical lead
• Provide nutrition and hydration support
• Support with medication needs
• Assist in domestic duties
• Comply with all policies and procedures
• To liaise with management
• To report back any concern relating to the health of the service user
• To participate in Team meetings & Supervisions
