Job summary

Routes Healthcare is seeking a Female Complex Care Assistant to provide 1-to-1 care in a client’s home in Bishop Auckland. You will support individuals with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex health needs, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently.

The role includes guaranteed hours after probation, regular shifts, and training. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be prepared for early morning and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK care experience.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not provided.
• Experience with challenging behaviour and nonverbal clients.

Pay Rate: £14.24 per hour (including holiday pay)

Fully funded Enhanced DBS

guaranteed hours available after successful probation

Shift pattern 8:00 AM -15:00 PM and nights 10 PM - 8 AM

Requirements

Essential

• Minimum 6 months UK care experience

Desirable

• Experience in complex care
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
