Job summary

Innovatecare in Aylesbury is seeking a Complex Care HCA to support twin clients with complex needs. The role involves full training, working with clients requiring specialized care such as seizure management and PEG feeding.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of complex care experience required.
• Ability to perform oral suctioning, PEG feeding, and oxygen therapy.
• Understanding of safeguarding and ability to recognize health deterioration.

Responsibilities

• Support male twin clients with complex needs.
• Caring for clients with cerebral palsy and other conditions.
• Assist in medication and therapy administration.

• Full training provided
• Location: Aylesbury
• Type: Full‑time, minimum 2 shifts per week
• Working pattern: Every other weekend and non‑term time only
• Requirements: Full right to work in the UK, previous complex care experience, confident swimmer.

Complex Care HCA – Your Role

You will support our male twin clients with complex needs in a stable, long‑term position. Responsibilities include caring for:

• Cerebral palsy
• Dystonia
• Oral suctioning
• PEG feeding
• Oxygen therapy
• Seizure management
