Job Description
- Work in partnership with equivalent peers in the US offices (NYC and LA) to establish efficient compensation processes aligning global initiatives with local practice.
- Identify, design, gain approval for, and implement tailored reward solutions within agreed frameworks.
- Act as an 'Internal Consultant' for assigned Business Areas on projects impacting compensation.
- Serve as 'Subject Matter Expert' for specific areas: consult with local HR during business case development and coordinate with US for approval.
- Manage as 'Process Owner' the development, maintenance, and improvement of processes across the Region, collaborating with stakeholders for successful delivery.
- Work closely with business and local HR to develop and negotiate Executive packages (Director & above) using local benchmarking and within approval matrices.
- Assist local HR in developing and maintaining salary ranges for the Region.
- Build external networks at a regional level to stay informed on trends and initiatives; suggest changes to Country HR when appropriate.
- Apply commercial thinking to provide pragmatic HR solutions aligned with business needs and HR strategy.
- Monitor regional compensation competitiveness and ensure legal compliance, recommending changes as necessary within approval processes.
Oversee line management of two analysts, including delegation, development, and performance reviews.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Commercial knowledge and understanding.
- Experience managing large, complex projects successfully, meeting satisfaction and timeline goals.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting and discussing plans with managers and employees.
- Experience in the EMEA region is highly advantageous.
- Ability to quickly grasp issues and deliver effective solutions.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- High IT literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
