Job summary

LVMH Watch & Jewellery UK is hiring a Compensation & Benefits Co-Ordinator based in Manchester. You will support payroll processing, pay reviews, salary increases, bonus letters, and benefits administration while ensuring data accuracy in HRIS and KPI reporting.

The role involves collaborating with payroll providers, benefits vendors and internal HR teams, handling enquiries, and contributing to HR projects in a hybrid work environment with a strong emphasis on data analytics and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR/payroll administration
• Experience working with large volumes of data and performing calculations
• Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing staff payroll and submitting monthly payroll to the payroll bureau
• Support annual pay reviews, salary increases and bonus letters
• Coordinate benefits and liaise with providers and internal teams
• Maintain accuracy in monthly KPIs and HRIS data
• Provide frontline support for employee enquiries and cross-functional HR projects
