Job summary

U.S. Bank's European team is seeking a Lead Compensation Analyst to design, administer and govern compensation programmes across Europe, reporting to the Compensation Manager.

You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance and business leaders to ensure compensation is competitive, equitable and compliant. The role leads annual compensation processes, market benchmarking, regulatory initiatives and pay transparency efforts.
