A leading international risk management firm is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to support global compensation frameworks and manage incentive schemes. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree and 4+ years of experience in related fields, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel. This position offers flexible working arrangements and a competitive compensation package.
Group functions in DNV are experts on finance and accounting, human resources, communication and sustainability, legal, tax and compliance – providing company-wide support, governance and strategic projects. Group also includes our strategic Research and Development unit, which provides science-based insights and foresight to tackle transformations and challenges across the industries we serve.
The People Processes team consist of specialists working in Group People. You will work at our Høvik office in Norway, surrounded by scenic views.
