Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous care experience welcomed, but full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks under supervision (monitoring vital signs, medication).
• Administer bedside and personal care (ambulation, hygiene).
• Assist in personal care planning and supports for service users.
• Plan, prepare, cook and serve meals for service users as required.
• Support household tasks (washing, ironing, etc.).
• Maintain confidentiality, privacy and dignity of service users.
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed.
