Job summary

Priory Group in Scotland is seeking a Driver to join the Site Support Roles team at Newhouse, Kilmarnock. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a 35-hour week and responsibilities around transporting residents to activities and maintaining vehicle readiness.

You will contribute to a safe environment by keeping vehicles clean, fueling appropriately, and reporting any faults, while engaging with the residents and colleagues to support independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence for 3 years and have some experience within a driving-based role.
• Have basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Be able to undertake routine and regular tasks with some discretion to prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Drive service users to activities and appointments safely and efficiently.
• Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and report faults or damage immediately.
• Represent the service positively and suggest improvements to the team.
