Job summary

Caring Hearts Ltd is seeking a Home Support Worker (Driver) or (Non-Driver) to deliver compassionate, professional home care across Scotland. You will support clients with daily living activities, maintain dignity and safety, and work closely with families and health professionals.

The role requires empathy, clear communication, and commitment to safeguarding and PVG screening. Driving may be preferred for the Driver role, ensuring reliable travel between visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to get up, dress and prepare for their day.
• Provide washing, bathing, grooming and oral care.
• Assist with toileting and continence management.
• Manage continence and use of equipment.
• Collaborate with other care professionals.
• Assist with prescribed medication administration.
• Support clients with meals and feeding.
• Perform household duties including laundry and shopping.
• Keep accurate records of care visits.
