Job summary

Ivy Resource Group is currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support a reception class in Swindon. The role is full-time, five days per week, with a daily pay rate of 85–100 and holiday pay accrued at 12.07% into the holiday pot.

The successful candidate will provide personalised support, work with teachers to foster an inclusive learning environment, and assist with activities and planning to meet each child's academic and emotional needs.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 30 days experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support to the assigned student, ensuring their academic and emotional needs are met.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with classroom activities, individualized learning plans, and behaviour management.
• Foster a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere for the student's growth.
