Job summary

Ivy Resource Group is seeking a Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Swindon. You will support a child 1:1 in Year 2 and assist the teacher with general classroom duties.

The role is long term/full time, starting September 2026, with a daily rate of £85–£100 and holiday pay of 12.07% accrued into your holiday pot. Experience with young children is required, and enthusiasm, patience, and a positive learning attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children is required for this role, but no formal qualifications are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualised 1:1 support for a pupil in Year 2.
