Job summary

Ivy Resource Group is seeking a Teaching Assistant in Swindon to support reception-aged children and contribute to a positive learning environment. The role is full-time, five days per week, with a daily pay rate of £85–£100 and holiday pay accrual of 12.07% into your holiday pot.

Start date is ASAP, with ongoing support from our specialised consultant Esme. A referral scheme offers a £300 Amazon voucher for successful referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 30 days experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Qualifications: No formal qualifications required; your experience and dedication matter most.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support to the assigned student, ensuring their academic and emotional needs are met.

• Foster a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere for the student's growth.
