Job summary

You will support teaching through individual and small-group work, deliver targeted interventions, prepare learning resources, and help maintain a positive, well-organised classroom.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in Upper Key Stage 2 mornings and Key Stage 1 afternoons.
• Deliver targeted interventions and prepare learning resources.
• Maintain a positive, well-organised classroom environment.
• Provide one-to-one support for pupils with SEND as required.
• Collaborate with class teachers and the SENDCo to ensure consistent approaches.
