Qualifications

• Confident to supervise and provide support for pupils, including those with special needs.
• Support pupils to achieve learning goals in liaison with the teacher.
• Undertake structured learning activities and adjust activities by pupil responses.
• Secure knowledge of behaviour management strategies for consistent boundaries.
• Provide pastoral care to help children feel secure and happy.
• Administer routine tests and mark pupils' work as required.
• Provide clerical/admin support such as photocopying, typing and filing.
• Demonstrate passion for the role and pride in work.
• Work well in a team and collaborate to promote school-wide excellence.
