Job summary

Brookhurst Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, caring Teaching Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term basis until at least July 2027, with the possibility of extension and potential permanency.

The role may require 1:1 support at times and includes lunchtime supervision for around half an hour on duty in the dining hall or playground. We value a willingness to learn and a positive, resilient approach to helping children reach their best.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ level 2.
• Interest in helping children achieve their best.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in class and at times 1:1 for pupils.
