Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Support Worker at Bradfield House in Worthing to provide compassionate care for people with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will join a supportive team and contribute to recovery pathways in a challenging but rewarding environment.

The role includes ward rounds, recording patient information, and helping with daily activities. A full-time, permanent contract with shifts from 7am to 10pm, every other weekend, is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Compassion, resilience and vigilance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care with colleagues.
• Update patient records and provide overall care, including assistance with personal hygiene.
