Job summary
Elysium Healthcare is recruiting a Support Worker at Holkham House in Redhill to provide compassionate care for adults with a learning disability. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support residents in a residential setting, contributing to their recovery pathway and daily living needs.

Qualifications
- Be kind, respectful and patient when supporting adults with a learning disability.
- Provide care including personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
- Maintain accurate patient records and work with a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to work shifts including weekends and provide rota coverage.
- Female candidates required to support female residents.
Responsibilities
- Carry out ward rounds and observe behaviours to adapt care.
- Update patient records and contribute to care planning.
- Support individuals to lead a valued, more independent life within the community.
