Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Alexandra Gardens in Hounslow to deliver compassionate care to residents with Mental Health conditions.

The role is a permanent full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with shifts between 7am and 10pm, including every other weekend. You will be part of a supportive team, engaged in recording patient information and delivering person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and caring approach to people with Mental Health conditions.
• Ability to work as part of an inclusive team.
• Willingness to participate in training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to people with Mental Health conditions in a supported living setting.
• Assist with daily activities and personal care as required.
• Record and update patient records in a timely manner.
• Work as part of a shift pattern between 7am and 10pm, including every other weekend.
• Support residents with dignity and respect, adapting care to individual needs.
