Mencap in Thornaby is seeking two Support Workers to join our dedicated team. You will support individuals with learning disabilities in a registered living service, assisting with daily activities and offering emotional support to a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities and provide emotional support for individuals with learning disabilities.
• Work in our registered living service supporting 6 people, male and female, in home and community settings.
• Promote person-centred support and positive behavioural support for those with complex needs.
