Job summary

Mencap in Derby is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our committed team. You’ll assist individuals with learning disabilities in daily activities, offering emotional support and helping them to participate fully in their communities.

You will need excellent communication, a positive attitude, and flexibility to cover shifts including evenings and weekends. DBS checks and references are standard prior to appointment.
