Job summary

Mencap are seeking Female Support Workers to join our incredible team in the Leicestershire area. As a Support Worker, you’ll help individuals with learning disabilities with daily activities, provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships across shared shifts.

The role offers full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time contracts with flexible evening, weekend and holiday shifts, including sleep-ins with enhanced rate (£64.20 per sleep-in).
