Job summary

Pertemps Tm is hiring a part-time Support Worker for a low-support accommodation service in Bristol. The role supports adult males with enduring mental health and social care needs, working 14.8 hours per week at £11,803.20 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults.
• Ideally housing/homelessness experience.
• Understanding of homelessness and tenancy sustainment.
• Good safeguarding knowledge.
• Confident with IT and record keeping.
• Enhanced DBS required.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support residents to maintain their tenancies and live independently.
• Help with benefits, bills and budgeting.
• Encourage social inclusion and community involvement.
• Support access to employment, education and training.
• Complete risk assessments and support plans.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Build positive relationships with residents and partner agencies.
