Job summary

Cluaran Care is recruiting experienced Support Workers for permanent roles serving Callander communities. You will support vulnerable adults at home and in the community, provide personal care and day-to-day tasks with companionship.

We value teamwork, clear communication, and a positive can-do attitude. Successful candidates will hold PVG or be willing to join, SSSC membership, and hold a Health and Social Care qualification or be working towards it; driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• PVG clearance or willingness to join the PVG scheme.
• SSSC membership or willingness to join the scheme.
• Can-do positive attitude and reliable nature.
• Ability to work confidently alone and in a team.
• Own transport and driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support vulnerable adults in their homes and community.
• Provide personal care.
• Carry out housework and daily tasks.
• Assist with medication management where required.
• Offer day-to-day assistance and companionship.
• Deliver high levels of care and support.
