Job summary

Cluaran Care is seeking experienced Support Workers for permanent positions in Forth Valley communities. You will provide in-home care, personal support and companionship, helping with daily tasks and medication management.

Applicants should have PVG/SSSC where possible, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Driving licence and access to a car are preferred.

Qualifications

• Have PVG membership or be willing to join the scheme.
• Have SSSC registration or be willing to register.
• Can-do, positive attitude and reliable.
• Able to work confidently alone and as part of a team.
• Own transport with a full driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support vulnerable adults in their homes and community.
• Provide personal care.
• Assist with housework.
• Support with medication management.
• Provide companionship and day-to-day support.
• Deliver high-quality care and support.
