Surrey Independent Living Charity is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide daily living support for Toni in Merstham, delivering supervision and helping her stay active and connected with the community.

The role involves accompanying on outings, supporting appointments, and helping with everyday tasks in a friendly, proactive manner. 30 hours/week, pay £14.80/hr, with eligibility to ILG membership.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting individuals in daily living and community activities.
• Able to build trusting relationships and provide consistent supervision.
• Flexible and proactive in day-to-day support tasks.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily supervision and support throughout the day.
• Facilitate attendance at activities such as swimming, gym, and crafts.
• Encourage social engagement, including meals out and family visits.
