Solo Support Services is seeking a caring Support Worker in Suffolk IP30 to assist a full-time wheelchair user with complex health needs in daily living and community activities. Training is provided to ensure high standards of care, and shifts can include twilight hours to fit the schedule.

Qualifications

• Care or support role for a wheelchair user with complex health needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support and assistance to access community activities.
• Assist with hospital appointments and transportation as needed.
• Support with transfers using equipment provided and assist with all aspects of daily living.
