Job summary

Belmont Recruitment is seeking experienced Support Workers for a supported living service in Knutsford, Cheshire. You will work across varied shifts, including waking nights, to support adults aged 29-85 in their daily routines and independence.

Successful candidates will have prior care experience, DBS (or willingness to obtain), and full right to work in the UK. A range of shifts are available with week-by-week regulars and last-minute cover.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar care environment.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs or additional support needs.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to complete one.
• Full Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred support to service users within a supported living environment.
• Supporting individuals with their daily routines and promoting independence.
• Supporting people with complex needs and varying levels of support.
• Assisting with moving and handling where required.
• Following individual support plans and safeguarding procedures.
• Building positive relationships with service users and colleagues.
• Completing relevant records and documentation.
