Job summary

Tordan Healthcare Limited is seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our established team in Macclesfield. You will provide person-centred support to help the individual develop life skills, gain confidence, access the community, and live life on their own terms.

The role includes both day and waking night shifts with flexible hours and ongoing training. Successful candidates will have at least 1 year of health and social care experience or be working towards NVQ Level 2, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Health and Social Care experience.
• NVQ Level 2 or working towards it.
• Ability to reliably commute to Macclesfield.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to help individuals develop life skills and confidence.
• Help individuals access the community and live life on their own terms.
• Be part of a friendly team with dedicated Care Managers and regular support.
• Support shifts include days and waking nights with flexible hours.
