• Provide compassionate support enabling residents to engage in activities they cherish, spend time with family and friends, pursue leisure activities, shopping and attending work or college.
• Promote independence by helping residents develop essential skills such as cooking, budgeting and personal care.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care in line with individual support plans and risk assessments.
