Job summary

Balhousie Care Group is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in Kinross to help residents maintain dignity and independence. You will assist with personal care, meals, and daily activities, working as part of a friendly team.

No prior care experience is required; full training is provided. You must be able to work flexible shifts, obtain references, and pass a PVG check. Sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Cheerful, caring and compassionate by nature with good reading, writing and communication skills.
• Flexible to work shifts; full training provided; background doesn’t matter as long as you’re motivated.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist residents with meals and support daily living activities.
• Support residents’ physical, psychological and social needs to maintain dignity and independence.
