Job summary

Balhousie Care Group in Perth, Scotland, is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen team in delivering nourishing, well-balanced meals for residents. You will help maintain a clean, safe kitchen and work collaboratively to provide high-quality food service in line with EHO standards.

Training will be provided; no formal qualifications are required. Successful candidates must be authorised to work in the UK and will be subject to PVG checks and references.

Qualifications

• PVG check required.
• Authorized to work in the UK.
• Experience in care or commercial setting beneficial.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support the Kitchen team to prepare and serve meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and high hygiene in the kitchen.
• Work in line with EHO regulations to ensure safety.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
