Discovery is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for our Bridgwater home. You’ll help adults aged 40–60 with daily living, activity support, transportation, and social engagement in a warm, patient environment.

No previous care experience is required; full training is provided. This permanent role offers both full and part‑time hours, competitive pay, and opportunities to develop skills through our training and care certificate program.

Qualifications

• No prior social care experience required
• We are looking for compassionate, reliable people
• Basic IT skills for recording notes and training
• Shifts run 7am–10pm, with 1 sleep‑in per week and alternate weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide active support and assistance with daily living
• Assist with meals and daily routines
• Support engagement in activities and transport to community events
