Lifeways in Choppington is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join the local residential services. You will help service users with everyday activities, encourage independence, and support community participation.

The role offers flexible sessional/bank hours with weekend work on a rota. Induction is fully paid and ongoing training is provided, with funded opportunities to pursue health and social care qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to service users in daily activities.
• Assist with household tasks such as cooking, laundry, cleaning and shopping.
• Support with personal care when required, including bathing and toileting, in a respectful manner.
