Job summary

Lifeways, based at Flax Cottages in Choppington, is seeking caring people to help individuals live independently. We support people with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs to achieve goals and enjoy activities. You’ll build relationships and promote dignity in daily life.

We offer full training, no experience required, 8 paid training days per year and funded qualifications with progression into senior roles. DBS paid, discounts and wellbeing support are also provided.

Job Description

At Lifeways, we’re looking for caring, compassionate people to join our team in Flax Cottages. You’ll play a key role in promoting choice, dignity and independence while building meaningful relationships with the people you support.
