• Experience in care and supporting individuals with needs is valued.
• Ability to follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain independence in daily living and learn life skills.
• Assist with personal care and encourage access to local communities and social activities.
• Engage in activities, outings to bars, pubs, cinema or home leisure; support with meals and everyday tasks.
