Avenues Group is seeking a Female Support Worker in West Malling to support seven adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern. You’ll help people develop independence and participate in activities, both at home and in the community.

You’ll contribute to everyday tasks, build relationships, and provide person-centred support. The role offers flexibility and opportunities for development within a caring team.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential due to service needs.

• Support people to live as independently as possible while achieving their personal goals

• Assist with everyday tasks such as cooking, shopping, budgeting and maintaining a home
